MAINTAINING CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES Dolphin Software conducts business with third party vendors in the normal course of business. In working with those vendors, Dolphin Software will require those vendors to maintain similar standards regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them. We will require a written agreement with the vendor requiring the vendor to abide by our standard of conduct.
MAINTENANCE OF ACCURATE INFORMATION The accuracy of our customers' information is of the utmost importance to Dolphin Software in serving the needs of our customers. Should a customer ever believe that Dolphin Software's records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about them, we will investigate the customer's concerns and correct any inaccuracies. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION Dolphin Software is committed to the security of our customers' personal information. Our operational and data processing services are performed in a secure environment that protects customer account information from being accessed by third parties. Dolphin Software will maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with acceptable internal security standards.
PROVIDING PRIVACY INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AND REPONDING TO INQUIRIES Dolphin Software is committed to respecting our customers' privacy rights. A copy of this policy will be provided to our customers at the initial opening of their relationship with us and at least annually thereafter. Changes may be made from time to time and as such changes are made, customers will be notified.
